TO INCLUDE: Basically a series of edits. This is likely going to be a tedious, boring request.
But one of the main overall edits we were thinking is to colours and text. So the site is a dark skin with the following kind of colour template. The thought being maybe a reverse in the templates so its light text against dark.
More individual requests on the set templates:
. Roll Call - We're going to be filling in the code part, and we're going to have an app, so it's more that code part being replaced by questions on their preferred pronouns and time zone. And the code bit is something to be kept in the staff area or something.
. Character jobs - likewise it's more the code for new additions is something for staff to have. And instead the code for them to fill is just questions on what they want us to add.
. Application - We're going for two app choices. One being the traditional look, although perhaps personality and history can be combined, so the personality box can be used/reduced in height for any ability applications/explanations. And we have need of a Roleplay sample box version for anyone applying for canon characters.
Two is a freeform app, so for that again a space is needed for ability applying/explaining. The sections following that being for the freeform app and the space for a roleplay sample for those canons apps.

ANYTHING ELSE: The fonts in use for titles on the site are:

So perhaps the headings changing to one of those? Admittedly what matters more to me is font size, so ideally the font looking larger.
